Third party Registrars

If you register a domain with a 3rd party Registrar, or already have a domain with a 3rd party Registrar and do not wish to transfer the domain to our registrars account, the maintenance and renewal of the domain name is entirely the responsibility of the domain name owner and it is unlikely that we shall be able to assist you with any of the administration surrounding that domain name.

Unfortunately, should you decide not to transfer a domain name to us during the purchase of a hosting plan that contains a free domain name, no discount nor consideration is given for not taking advantage of the offer of a free or transfer domain name.
