How we protect your data
Your data is securely stored in a database which cannot be accessed from external requests, and that is located on the server which is in a secure data center with bio-metric access.
Your data is securely backed up daily on a separate hard drive that is then disconnected from the server to prevent data corruption or intrusion.
What data breach procedures we have in place
As soon as we have determined that there may have been a data breach, we shall inform all of our registered clients and take the website off-line to public access. We may force, or make further recommendations to, our clients regarding changing passwords of other services, and will not bring the website back on line to public access until such time as we have satisfied ourselves that the method and extent of the data breach or ingress has been adequately investigated and resolved
Dependent on the scope of any breach, we may also be required to disclose details as required by Spanish and European law to any appropriate law enforcement agency or regulatory body
What third parties we receive data from
We receive data from the Maxmind Fraud Detection Service as specified above, and from PayPal containing your account name and item purchased should you have elected to pay via that interface.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
The only automated decision making that takes place is as a result of the Fraud Detection Service supplied by Maxmind which may be manually overridden if we feel that the returned result was incorrect.
